Ossama A. AbouZeid

An executive with extensive experience in managing privately owned and publicly traded companies. Prior to joining Kraus, Ossama was the President and CFO of Buhler Industries Inc., a publicly traded company that manufactures agricultural tractors and equipment and the CFO of EQ3, a manufacturer and retailer of modern furniture.
Ossama spent many years in the construction industry in Canada, the Middle East and Eastern Europe as a senior executive and president of construction companies delivering projects including hotels, manufacturing facilities, hospitals, grain handling facilities, university buildings, residential developments, embassies, a football stadium and municipal headquarters.
Ossama served on and chaired several boards including Kraus Global Ltd., Inter-H (a joint venture between the private sector, Atomic Energy of Canada and Kurchatov Institute of Moscow producing liquid hydrogen), Agri-Tec Canada Inc., Balmoral Hall School and Winnipeg Football Club.
Ossama holds B.Sc. degrees in Engineering and Applied Math, M.Sc. and a PhD in Physics and an MBA.
Director of Business Development
With a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Science – Electrical Engineering (B.ASc.EE) from Queens University and over a decade submerged in the alternative fueling industry, Dev has enjoyed working closely with key players in the CNG, LNG, LPG and hydrogen sectors.
Dev’s firsthand experience in design, engineering, and safety allows him to assist customers in implementing successful and profitable alternative fuel dispensing strategies for both commercial and retail fueling applications.
Dev is currently the chairman of CSA’s HGV 4.3 Safety Standard Working Groups (DOE based Hydrogen Standards) and is a member of SAE’s J2600 and J2601 Working Groups.
Donald R. Keatch

Chief Operating Officer
Don is a Chartered Accountant and senior executive with 35 years of experience managing SME’s. Prior to joining Kraus, Don was Chief Operating Officer of a world class leader in composite manufacturing which licensed its proprietary technology around the world.
Don has broad and deep business and manufacturing experience. He is well versed in tangible, “hands on” LEAN deployment techniques and Toyota Problem Solving methodology, and served for three years as chairman of a Manitoba LEAN Manufacturing Consortium.
Don has been Chairman and a member of several industry, educational and private boards over the years, and continues to actively participate. He holds a B.Comm. (Hons) degree, is a Chartered Accountant, and has a Computer Analyst Programmer Certificate.
Penny began her employment with Kraus Industries in 1987, working as Controller and after a short period became 2IC. In 1994, she assumed the role of Executive Assistant to the President and Managing Director where she utilized her experience with strategic planning and project management to assist with the company operations. Penny returned to the finance department for a brief period in 2007 as Finance & Administration Manager and later became Director of Change Management in 2008 where she remained until she reassumed her role as Controller on December 1, 2009.
Penny graduated from the Business Accountancy program from Red River College with Honors. She later obtained her Mid-management Program certificate from the University of Manitoba and is currently in the CGA program.
